McMichaels Trial and Importance of Jury Instructions

In this episode, we discuss the recent trial of the McMichaels, for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, and the importance of jury instructions in a trial. We will focus on the judge's instructions to the jury on citizen's arrest. A major issue of the case was the statute for citizen's arrest - which is ambiguous or confusing.
