When to flash your headlights - Theory test questions answered.

Flashing headlights can be seen up and down the UK's roads, but when should we actually flash our headlights. This was a question asked by one keen listener and that's what I answer today. I'll cover the specific theory test question and provide other examples of when you shouldn't do it, such as trying to warn other drivers about a police speed van.
