Melbourne freedoms are being fast-tracked, with lockdown to officially end at 11:59 on Thursday night; Sydney is waking up to more freedoms after officially hitting the 80% double dose target over the weekend, meaning some children return to school, caps on home visitors and people in hairdressers are scrapped and masks are no longer required in offices; and the trans-Tasman travel bubble is set to resume, with quarantine-free trips between New Zealand's South Island and New South Wales and Victoria to begin from midnight Tuesday. Presented by Jodie Speers.
