NSW students in Years 2 to 11 are returning to school this morning, joining their peers in kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 12 who returned last week; Victoria is on track to hit its 80% double dose vaccination target by Friday, with retail and gyms able to re-open and new limits for gatherings will to come into effect from then; and police are now looking for a mystery car seen near Cleo Smith's family's campsite on the night she went missing.
