154. Overcome Your Insecurities with this Simple List

It's so easy for us to get wrapped up in the opinions of other people, especially at work, but that's why we NEED to come with armor, and a fierce understanding of our own gifts. I STILL struggle with insecurity and doubt, but the other day I created a list of things I KNOW I'm great at, where I add value, and I'm telling you, you MUST do the same.   Take the time to list everything you know you're amazing at. Maybe you're a great listener, a great organizer,  a great friend, a great leader, or even a great driver.
