Regular Guys and Gals, we fooled em again and made it through another week.  When you think everything is war, everything will be a war. Sometimes you need to go to war and when you do, it's where your focus must go.  When you ask the universe for answers in key moments of life transition, you'll get them. But beware! The universe's initial answers may be a means to test you: to see if you're truly ready to change. There are not bad days, just bad moments. Can we really change who we are?  Ida Kendall says speaking from your greatest place of inadequacy and where you're most vulnerable will cut through years of self-defense, survival constructs that prevent fulfillment.  Tony Robbins says the Dickens process, identifying three limiting life beliefs and the negative consequences they've produced and replacing them with three empowering beliefs will create fulfillment.
