Mexico's first female president, Claudia Sheinbaum, breaks a political glass ceiling and she wins the election. However, following the victory, investors have been reacting rather negatively. They’ve been selling off pesos—Mexico’s currency—over fears of radical constitutional changes. The peso slipped about 3% against the dollar, its lowest level since November last year.
