In this conversation Shawn Sherman shares his experience with a client who did not respond well to muscle activation techniques (M-80). Despite multiple attempts, the client's symptoms worsened after each session. Eventually, the Shawn decided to try the polar opposite approach and focused on the anterior chain instead. Surprisingly, the client experienced significant improvement, with their pain disappearing and their golf game improving.
