Nathan Kiely - The Benefits of Social Media for Coaches
Cheeky Mid Weeky - Un pódcast de Strength Coach Network - Miercoles

One of the most active strength and conditioning coaches on social media joined the show this week. Nathan Kiley is a strength and conditioning coach and speed and rehabilitation coach at the Brisbane Broncos in Australia's National Rugby League. In addition to his online presence, he has experience working with Academy Rugby League players and Cricket teams. Nathan believes that when training athletes to run, the most potent stimulus is sprinting and that sometimes, the 90-95 percent 'Charlie Francis' rule is not always the best method, especially when working with athletes in contact sports who are exposed to high intensity efforts in each game.00:03:44 Train smarter, not harder. 00:06:16 Slow down for speed gains. 00:15:27 Keep plan B close to plan A. 00:20:20 Celebrate injury recovery. 00:23:06 Understand individual motivations. 00:30:52 Learn the game as a player. 00:32:30 Learn the sport's language. 00:37:33 Rugby League wins the day.CONNECT: 🎥YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@StrengthCoachNetwork/featured📱Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/strengthcoachnetwork🐦Twitter: https://twitter.com/StrCoachNetwork🐦Twitter: https://twitter.com/coach_j_lima📷Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/strength_coach_network/📷Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coach.j.lima/🌎Site: https://strengthcoachnetwork.com/📝Blog: https://strengthcoachnetwork.com/blog/🏫Education Course: https://strengthcoachnetwork.com/fundamentals🛒 Shop Gear: https://my-store-cd9833.creator-spring.com/
