Today, we’re talking to yet another entrepreneur inspired by the circular economy. Gary Giles set up his company, OGEL, to use a material that is quite difficult to recycle, and very bulky, so transporting it to be recycled is expensive. We’ll hear how Gary was inspired by the modular design of Lego, and how he’s developed a way of constructing durable, well-insulated buildings that use only 3 shapes, are easy to assemble and need very few tools. Podcast host Catherine Weetman is a circular economy business advisor, workshop facilitator, speaker and writer.  Her award-winning book: A Circular Economy Handbook: How to Build a More Resilient, Competitive and Sustainable Business includes lots of practical examples and tips on getting started.  Catherine founded Rethink Global in 2013, to help businesses use circular, sustainable approaches to build a better business (and a better world).
