The sexual connection you feel towards your spouse and your relationship with your own sexuality is an indication of whether you are moving towards a thriving marriage or not. Normal and average marriages include losing emotional and sexual connection the longer you have been married. People in thriving marriages are just as committed to their emotional and sexual connection as they are to paying their bills and going to work- this means you do it no matter how tired you are and how much you don’t want to because paying your bills is nonnegotiable to you.
