When our hormones are out of balance, our energy levels, our zest for life, and our moods go haywire. The main hormones we address in this video are sex hormones (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, LH, FSH), thyroid hormones, and adrenal hormones (like cortisol). We also have to balance our insulin, but that is covered elsewhere in the course.
