As we enter the month of Oct and Breast Cancer Awareness month I wanted to bring on an absolutely beautiful soul, an amazing woman, cancer thriver and fellow coach Tamara Myles. She is a Mentor and Motivational Speaker very passionate about bringing out the best in single mothers and the youth.  She is committed to the cause of breast cancer awareness and spiritual health & fitness.
