Surprise, the Film North By Northwest Isn't About The Pacific Northwest?

Today we are talking about North by Northwest the 1959 film directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Written by Ernest Lehman, this MGM produced film starred Cary Grant, Eva Marie Saint, James Mason and Martin Landau. The film takes place from New York City west to Mount Rushmore. Grant’s character, Roger Thornhill is an advertising executive that goes on the run after his is mistaken as a government agent. As a group of spies chase him he meets the attractive Eva Marie Saint who is working for both sides.  Movie Quote:Roger Thornhill: “Now you listen to me, I'm an advertising man, not a red herring.
