This week Beth and Wendy discuss a black serial killer named Elroy Chester was convicted in 1998 of fatally shooting Willie Ryman III, after Chester raped Ryman's two nieces in Port Arthur, TX. Then he confessed to four more murders. DNA (Wendy’s favorite) was linked to three rapes, including that of a ten-year-old girl.
