97. How to ask for a RAISE and Make a COUNTER OFFER

<p>In this episode, I share my personal experiences with asking for a raise and making counter offers when HR calls saying “you’ve got the job!” &nbsp;It‘s been a journey walking through finding my value, identifying my knowledge gaps, and asking for more! &nbsp;I don’t think we talk enough, as women, about what it means to ask for more when we are offered an exciting opportunity, and I want to NORMALIZE always making the ask. &nbsp;Pay equity is so important to me, and this is one way to close the wage gap—taking things into our own hands and asking for more!</p> <p>—</p> <p>The news is out!
