In this episode I'm with Dr. Joanne Sotelo. Joanne Sotelo is a Psychiatrist and a Certified High Performance Coach.

Balancing her family and raising two wonderful boys, while working full time as a physician and leader of her team has not always been easy. 

She believed that being busy all the time was the right thing to do and even took pride in it. She would say yes to whatever she was asked to do because she believed that it was her responsibility to do so. She wanted to be a role model to her kids and she thought that working hard was a great example for them.

She could not understand why she was not feeling fulfilled with her life when she was doing everything was raised to believe were the things that she was supposed to do.
