In this episode I catch up with 29 year old mother of 3, Kacee Toogood. Growing up with family violence and addictions, Kacee has had to deal with trauma from an early age. She used alcohol as a way to deal with the pain from her past and then later on the death of her brother. With support from her husband Joel and lots of therapy Kacee is two years sober and learning new tools to cope with emotional pain from her past. Kacee, is an amazing young lady who I met whilst we were travelling around Australia. She is a wonderful person, who sees life from a glass half full perspective. To follow Kacee and her family's travels around Australia go to @toogoodtrippinThis episode was brought to you by Monday Distillery. To check them out go to www.mondaydistillery.com For more resources such as coaching or to join the next HIQA challenge go towww.iquitalcohol.com.auFollow HIQA insta @howiquitalcohol Music for Monday Distillery ads by Ash Grunwaldwww.ashgrunwald.comMusic for Podcast intro and outro written by Danni Carr performed by Mr CassidyIf you are struggling with physical dependancy on alcohol consider contacting a local AA meeting or a drug and alcohol therapist. Always consult a GP before stopping alcohol.  Hosted on Acast.
