In the first episode of Human Becoming, I discuss the inciting incidents that put me on the journey of becoming that I am on now. I discuss my mental health diagnoses of anxiety, depression, and bipolar, my suicidal ideation and psychiatric hospitalization, and what these experiences have taught me about my own humanity and the humanity of others.
