In The Seats With...Sam Feder and 'Disclosure'

Stories have impact, even beyond what we initially can appreciate... On this episode we talk with Director Sam Feder about the new documentary 'Disclosure' which takes a deep dive look into Hollywood's depiction of transgender people and the impact of those stories on transgender lives and American culture. It's truly an important and fascinating film that really puts the onus back on the viewer to really understand the meaning of a lot of these representations, both the positive and the negative ones. When we talked with Sam we covered exactly that, the complexity of really being honest with some of these representations and the hope and need for films like this to keep the conversation going and open up the channels of understanding where we can all treat each other far better then we have been up to this point.
