All Time Is Now

Inner Wealth - Un pódcast de Summer Kang - Martes

Come back to where your feet are, your time is now. In a world that is so easy to get lost in, chasing the future, it can be difficult to be present. In this episode, Summer encourages you to ground yourself in the ‘right now’ and pay attention to what surrounds you in the present. KEY TAKEAWAYS Think about how your feet feel on the floor, and pay attention to the sounds around you and the taste in your mouth. Try and focus on what is happening right now, not your to-do list and future needs. Goals and visions are important, we do need a direction and plan in life, but in a world that is so focused on where we are going, we need to remind ourselves to consciously pay attention to the present too. Life happens quickly, think about how you want your life to look and feel because life is happening to you right now. Life doesn’t have to be as stressful as we often make it, we can create suffering by overthinking about problems and things that won’t even happen.
