Carlie Carey is an amazing local restauranteur and homesteader. She some how runs an award winning, unforgettable restaurant, raises countless animals on her homestead, grows flowers and a lot of her food that goes directly on the menu in her restaurant. When she's not doing all that, she's raising a 2 year old, countless alpacas, dogs, cats, pigs and chickens.
