Kate Croxton from England had a dream to start up a sports clothing company in Sweden. Together with her husband Neil they founded Heroica Life. Six months later the company is up and running and things are going reasonably well. But as with any start-up, the first few months are a lot of hard work and long days. Couple this with four children and also working three days a week as a teacher, Kate is living the real-life balance that many start-up leaders find all too familiar. However, with a combination of hard work, a smile and some stubbornness, Kate has found herself being an inspiration source for others around her. Now after the first six months of trading, Kate in this podcast takes the time to reflect upon her journey and can now start to look forward to the next chapter of Heroica Life.
