Japanese Grammar Tips - Un pódcast de Yuya Sato

Categorías:

In this lesson, I will introduce two sentence-ending particles called "ne" and "yo". Sentence-ending particles are used to show or imply your feeling or mood. <Example Sentences> あのひと は さとうさん です ね。 That is Mr. Sato, right? *ね is used to seek the listener's confirmation or agreement to what you are saying. メアリーさん は アメリカ人 です よ。 Mary is an American.  *よ indicates that you are confident of what you are saying and want a listener believe it. In this case you are confident that Mary is an American.
