This episode is another in our book review series of discussions.  Today we discussed In Atomic Habits by James Clear.  This book does a fantastic job of laying out a step-by-step guide to making new habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying (or making bad habits hidden/unattractive/challenging/unsatisfying).  This was a great read with lots of actionable items! We will be reading The Price of Tomorrow by Jeff Booth during the month of December and would welcome you to read along and offer any questions/comments you have. Remember, if you have any questions or comments, or topic ideas you'd like to hear discussed in future episodes, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] Show Notes: (01:54) - Intro (04:17) - What we're learning about (13:54) - Book intro/summary (17:30) - Habits vs. Goals (20:05) - You are what you repeat (23:00) - Process vs. Results (26:00) - Consistency of Effort (31:36) - Making habits obvious, attractive, easy, satisfying (40:48) - Starting good habits vs. breaking bad habits (52:45) - When in doubt, put in the work (don't wait for inspiration) (57:50) - Habit stacking (01:08:10) - Putting it into practice (coming soon)   Extreme Energy by MusicToday80: https://soundcloud.com/musictoday80/r...
