Sometimes interviews of mine that take place on other podcasts are ultra valuable and dynamic -- and this is one of them. Therefore, I decided to share it with you here. This episode features Lauren Best, Certified Hypnotherapist as a host on her podcast, Provoking Possibilities. Lauren is interested in bringing more balance, fun, and ease to people’s lives. She shares guided visualization exercises that allow folks to connect to their subconscious.
