S1 Ep9 - Behaviors I Find Hot in 2023 (In No Particular Order)

Through the healing process your views on what's attractive will evolve. What you thought was a sign of love and devotion could be flipped on its head entirely, leaving you believing the polar opposite. This is what happened with me, anyway. In this episode I discuss behaviors I now find attractive after leaving a toxic and abusive relationship. You may notice you engage in some of the unhealthy versions of my examples, and THAT'S OKAY TOO. We are all on individual journeys and we are all here to grow, learn, and expand. Also -- you of course do not have to agree with what I think is attractive. I encourage you to still take a listen to this episode with an open mind and allow the possibility that some of what you have come to believe about love and relationships could be, well... wrong.
