Her teaching focuses on Intercultural Communication, Conflict & Communication, Training & Development and Consulting. In addition, her research interests include Health Communication, Intercultural Communication, and Organizational Communication. Dr. Laura earned an Outstanding Teacher Award at Ball State University and several other awards for teaching, research, and community service.
