Energy Flows with Holly Mandel

Holly Mandel has inspired so many people in the improv work that she does. She has created programs such as the school of improv called ImprovOlution, she has a podcast and wrote a book called “Good Girls Aren’t Funny”. Her work is based on women and girls on perfectionism, limits of obeying cultural ‘shoulds’ and liberating one’s self for the sake of all women.
