The most important thing you can do today if you feel lost, stuck or discouraged is to take some time to really think about what it is that is important to you? Where do you want to go in life? What does your perfect life look like.  This exercise will be three different episodes but here is how we will start.  1. Write down 25 things that are important to you that will make you feel like your life is meaningful.   2. These should be in present tense "I am healthy, I am exercising, I read every day" and so on.  3. Don't overthink of worry about these 25 items. We'll be tweaking them soon and it will be fun!
