Studies have shown that visual clutter can make you dread going home or sleeping in your bedroom. A cluttered bedroom can cause sleep disturbances. When you’re surrounded by what your brain thinks is unmade decisions, then it’s hard to rest and rejuvenate in the place that is supposed to be a haven.
