Step one is recognizing that you have strengths and talents no matter where you are in your career and always believing in them. Step two is being able to articulate those strengths and talents so people know what you bring to the table. And step three is understanding how your strengths and talents can create value for other people, so they want to work with you or hire you or promote you.
