In today's we’re going to be talking about the skills you need to become a Salesforce Consultant and in particular, the route that I decided to take.   When I trained up in Salesforce and started my career in tech, I'd never had a tech background before, but realised through using a CRM system and particularly Salesforce within the nonprofit I was running at the time, that I could actually manage and develop a CRM system to achieve and support my business goals. And that's really where my journey all began.
