Weyermann

When I was on vacation last summer, I took the chance to visit a beer town that actually should be on every beer lover's bucket list. Beautiful Bamberg. The Mecca of northen Franconia and also home to one of the most mythical malteries in the world. Weyermann. I got a tour from Gregor Einar Fransson (weird name for someone from Slovenia, right, but more on that later), and on the next day we had a beer and a talk at the Schlenkerla taproom.
