Toxic Stress, Resilience and Trauma Informed Care – Promoting Complete Wellness

This podcast takes us through the basics of trauma informed care, toxic stress, and resiliency in children to help physicians and caregivers develop ways to promote complete wellness and development in children. It was developed by Manisha Bharadia, a third-year medical student at the University of Alberta, and Dr. Mel Lewis, the associate dean of the Office of Advocacy & Wellbeing at the University of Alberta.
