Police off the Cuff After Hours # 17 with Scott LoBaido

Artist Scott LoBaido is a brilliant artist who garnered national attention from painting a blue line in support of the NYPD in Staten island across from the Police precinct. The city department of Transportation sent him a cease and desist order. In his Staten Island way he told the DOT what they could do with their letter of cease and desist.
