RAISING HER CONFIDENTLY | Parenting Teens, How to Talk to Teens, Family Communication, Raising Teen Girls - Un pódcast de Jeannie Baldomero | Parenting Teens Coach, Mom Mentor, Mother-Daughter Relationship Advocate

Hey Mama, Have you ever asked yourself these questions when it comes to parenting your teen girl? Why doesn’t she cuddle with me like she used to? She’s always in her room, is there something going on? She says I don’t understand her, what am I doing wrong? You may have even thought, “I don’t even know who she is anymore!”.      You found yourself googling for answers to your questions like, How to fix my teenager’s attitude How to talk with my teenage daughter Why is my daughter freaking out over everything? How to have a better relationship with my daughter?   Or Ways to have fun with my teenage daughter This roller coaster of emotions your teen is experiencing has you feeling frustrated.  You are starting to feel like you are the only one dealing with the drama your once sweet girl is suddenly creating in your home, and you have no clue how to parent your teen.   You don’t feel equipped with the right tools to raise your teen girl. Stricter rules and discipline are not working.  They actually make it worse.  And forget about putting your foot down, she might even walk right over it. Ah!    You lack the confidence in relating to your teen daughter. Maybe it is the lack of a role model growing up that has you feeling lost, or maybe it is not being familiar with the changes happening to your daughter.     What worked for your mom may not be working for you in raising your teen girl.  Maybe it’s because you want more than just telling her what to do. You want a healthy Mother-Daughter relationship.   The problem is, this is unfamiliar ground for you and may feel guilty or last about it.  You want the best for your daughter, but there is so much information thrown at you, you don’t know where or how to start.    Hi, I’m Jeannie Baldomero.    I was that teenage girl you are googling about!  I think back to when I was 13.    Whew.  I don’t think I would like myself. LOL! I was rebellious, full of attitude, and so hard to relate to.     But honestly,  Why 13? It was the year my mom said, “I don’t know who you are anymore”.  It was the year I made so many dumb mistakes which led to a cascade of other mistakes into my adult life.  I was that young girl that needed guidance; that needed help even when I rejected it. I needed a mentor to guide me, not my inexperienced friends to lead me.    This is why my heart is here with young teen girls.  I partner with you, a mom full of unconditional love, and help you guide her towards recognizing the identity that is uniquely handcrafted for her.   I’m a wife and mom of 3. A teenage daughter and young adults.   I must say parenting has been a roller coaster ride of twists and turns and unpredictable dips that can throw us off our feet.   My passion for healthy families as a former educator and as a homeschooling family for several years, and zeal to impact young teen girls has led me to partner with moms like you and guide them to create healthy relationships with their teens.     In this podcast I share tools and resources to help reconnect you with your daughter confidently. I’m providing you relationship-building exercises to make intentional connections,  establish boundaries, and build a community to confidently get you through this season of raising a teen.   Mama,  I’m here to tell you, you are not alone.  Raising a teenage daughter is hard.  But don’t let this season rob you of the joy of having a daughter.  Coming from the mouth of my own teen daughter, mothers & daughters are DYNAMIC together.    So grab your coffee and fuzzy throw and let’s dig in to Raising Teen Daughters Confidently.   Are looking for a mom community?  The common thing I ask the moms I work with to be most valuable is having a community with other moms who get it.  Who are in the weeds too.  Moms who are also in the season of raising tween & teen girls.  We need each other to vent, laugh, encourage and support on another.  If that’s you too, I have a free mom community I invite you to be a part of.  Y
