Building Authenticity

One area where you can build authenticity and the ace feelings it brings, is to match your actions to your words. You would've heard the phrase, "practice what you preach", and this is exactly what I'm talking about. Too many times you may say things about love and light, but act in ways that have zip-a-dee-doo-da with those words.
