Letting Kids Be Kids

My step daughter asked her PE teacher if she'd consider me coming in to run a dance and meditation class, to which she said yes! So last week I ran two classes and watched these girls freely express themselves, dance, sing, jump around, do the worm, do flips and cartwheels, chase each other around and laugh and be silly.
