That is how he founded Nerve Assist in the summer of 2020.He is set out on a journey to help as many people around the world learn about the benefits of proper nutrition, sleep, and diet to help combat chronic pain and get them back to living independent lives again. You can also find more Richard Listens content on Instagram (@RichardListens), Facebook (@Richard Listens), and RichardListens.com.
