I've done episodes on anxiety before, but this one is going to be a little different because of something specific I've noticed; even though more and more people are opening up about their experiences of living with anxiety, it's getting worse, not better. And I think I know why, so today my goal is to separate you, separate your sense of self, from your anxiety for long enough to give you a different perspective on it. I'm not a doctor or a psychiatrist, but I am a person who has been living with anxiety for over a decade and someone who has learned to thrive in spite of anxious thoughts.
