We spoke to Eoghan about the parallels between the corporate world and high level coaching and fitness and how it has influenced him in his own business and in Perpetua and how he got involved in CrossFit and coaching originally; we get insight into his recovery and unwinding techniques, and his thoughts on group vs individual competition. We speak about leadership and how he sees his role in managing staff and clients in Perpetua, juggling his priorities in his role, changes to CrossFit as a sport over the past decade, and the development of an elite environment and culture in CrossFit through learning from the best.
