Episode 227: Tumacacori Mine

Legends tell of a series of mines built by either Jesuit or Franciscan monks. These mines held huge quantities of silver and gold. When the monks were told to return to Spain, they buried the entrances of the mines hoping to return one day. Many have gone looking but the mines as still missing today.
