Passive or non passive income is important, now more than ever and this is how we built 12 income source streams that generate $320,000 per month. I hope this gives you some ideas of how to make money from multiple income source streams. Our different income source streams consist of passive income and business ventures. Intro to the Podcast (0:00) Income source 1: RETAIL STORES (4:40) It wasn’t easy, but little by little we gained loyal customers, and now I run some of the most successful independent model shops in the country! If you are thinking of opening a shop then I highly recommend doing it around something you are passionate about as it will drive you to become better at it. Income source 2: ORIGINAL PRODUCT RANGE (6:22) I wanted to make my own products, create my own brand and start selling to shops. In my school days I used to get super bored so I would sit and draw lots of new and improved model aeroplane designs. If you want to sell your own product be that a physical item or an online business venture then the key thing is to know your market inside out. Income source 3: EBAY & WEBSITES (8:32) I made the decision to go all in and started buying lots of other shops, I bought another wear-house and filled it to the brim with stock and listed it all on Ebay. There is nothing stopping you from starting on eBay and if you don’t have any money to buy products then start by going through your home room-by-room for items you no longer need. Income source 4: COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE (13:02) I wanted to build a passive income source that would constantly bring in money even if I decided to stop working. If you are ready to accept the costs involved with running a rental property, and you prefer investments that feel more real than stocks and shares, then investing a real estate could be for you. Income source 5: YOUTUBE ADSENSE (14:44) This is the income from the adverts that YouTube plays before, during and after my YouTube videos (on my main channel). We have reinvested that money into our equipment to improve the quality of the videos. YouTube is a great side hustle to start because all you need is a phone, and you are up and running! Income source 6: BRAND DEALS (16:03) A lot of brands contact us about their products and services but we turn down 99% of them. It's very important to us that the brand gives something back to our audience. Income source 7: VIP STRATEGY DAYS (17:09) Curtis has been filming videos for years and also helped me grow my channel; from 0 to over 500k subscribers within 12 months. It's safe to say he knows a bit about digital marketing and making the most from social media. Income Source 8: ZOOM CONSULTING (19:44) This was a great business model during the virus, and it can work for any industry. Curtis uses video calls to teach people about digital marketing and video creation! Income Source 9: VIDEO EDITING (20:20) Curtis edits all of my videos and also does work for his clients. Video editors are in high demand as nearly every business is using videos. This is a great skill to learn and all you need is a laptop, and you can learn everything from free YouTube videos. Income Source 10: AFFILIATE MARKETING (21:28) Curtis does a lot of affiliate marketing as he knows how to get views and then drive them to affiliate links. This is a great option for people that don't want to start selling product's and would rather market other people's products and take a cut. Income Source 11: STOCKS AND CRYPTO (22:21) Curtis has over $100k invested in the stock and crypto markets, so I would expect him to average around an 8-10% return per year, especially with his index funds! Income Source 12: NEGOTIATING DEALS (23:05) Curtis has the big job of talking to all my potential partners (and some of his clients), he then negotiates the best deals for everyone involved. If you master the skill of closing and negotiation, then this is a great option for you too. Conclusion (24:04)
