Skills and tools work for a limited time, and leave us with no long term solution. IT's frustrating and like running a marathon with no finish line. Healing is very different. Healing involves getting rid of anxiety's control over our lives for good, which is done by working with brain and body science and changing our relationship with ourselves. Healing lasts.
