2: What's Missing in Virtual Learning...and what to focus on as a teacher.

In this episode, I couldn't jump ahead to our interviews until I addressed the elephant in the room - virtual learning! We are in our 3rd week of virtual learning in my house, and I have learned a lot from the parent perspective as well.  Here are 3 things to focus on when facilitating virtual learning:1) Assume Positive Intent2) Build an Alliance - you and your students are on the same team!Patiently explain and model (multiple times) where to find information.
