I absolutely loved this interview.  New Superintendent, Scott Drue, discusses his turnaround process as a principal at Aloha Park school in Beaverton, Oregon. With 85% students living in poverty, 33 languages spoken in the school, and a 50% attrition rate in the staff, he had his work cut out for him, but he put in the transformative work and changed the climate of the school, and now leads the district in academic growth!
