With schools across the globe closing their doors, many routine processes have been thrown into disarray; not least, teacher recruitment. Without the option of inviting candidates to school to be interviewed, schools are looking for digital alternatives. Having long relied on video calls to conduct interviews, the international school sector are well placed to offer advice. To find out how they go about recruiting remotely, our recruitment editor, Grainne Hallahan spoke to Liz Cloke, head of secondary at Tenby International School in Malaysia.
