In 1955 Ian Fleming’s third James Bond novel Moonraker was published. Tyler and Don embark on a thorough analysis of the book. In a series of three podcasts they go through the adventure chapter by chapter, providing as much background information as they could gather. This is Part 3 and covers chapters 18 - 25 of the book. Gala Brand figures out Drax’s scheme: he wants to plunge the Moonraker, armed with a Soviet atomic bomb, like a giant hypodermic needle into the heart of England. But Gala is captured before she can raise the alarm. Will Bond find her in time? Will he be able to stop the launch? Will he crash his car, be captured and tortured after the villain monologues his entire backstory and endgame? Obviously, this podcast is filled with spoilers, so if you haven’t read Moonraker yet, you’ve been warned! If you enjoy our podcast, please share it with others!
