Habit 19 | Guilty purchase, better you?

I hope I’m not alone in being the kind of person who buys things in the hope their purchase will be enough to make me fitter, brighter or more organised.  I have a tendency to buy sports equipment for at-home gym sessions that then go on to gather dust in the corner, but I’ve also bought expensive notebooks, elaborate filing systems or apps that promise a more organise life that go un-used. For this habit I’m going to put my last batch of sports kit to good use by creating an 8-minute tabata. Eight minutes is nothing, when you really think about it, and with the kit right there, you know, at the end of the sofa, it should be easy to incorporate into my day.
